hi im from spain so excuse my english ive donwloaded a lot of buildings and i don't know how to install them on the game please some helppp lol thanks

You have fallen victim, probably, to the "oh, look at that, I must have it" syndrome. You will need to very carefully organize your downloads and then place the proper content in your Plugins suite. This needs some tender loving care.

Te explico: Para instalar los edificios tienes que hacer lo siguiente:

1- La inmensa mayoría vienen en archivos .zip o .rar, así que lo primero que tienes que hacer es descomprimirlos (extraer).

2- Ya extraídos, metes los archivos en "Mis Documentos/Simcity4/Plugins" (no la de Archivos de Programa, ojo), incluso puedes extraer el contenido del .zip en esa carpeta. Algunos tienen instalador, así que es más fácil (ejemplo el NAM)

3- Arrancas el juego y ya está!
