The JPN diagonal parks you can get them the peg pine trail grass texture is most likely inside everything else you'll get on the LEX at sc4devotion.com (registration needed). The BSC packs you can just google for direct links as they are very popular, for the JRJ_TC_CAYA Tormentosa Trees Ploppable mod I suggest you do a "power search" on the LEX and find content by user: jeronij (the author of that mod).
