I have an idea. In a lot of my large medical centers, they get full, then i either have to build a clinic that they dont go to, or spend a fortune to build a new one. Can anyone create a medical center than can hold about 5,000?

this is more of a job for modders than batters

if you've got ilive, you should be able to change these properties, but don't take my word for it

You can do it with the Ilive's reader.  It's very easy.

You could also do a search on the STEX for custom built Med Centers, there are a few and they almost all have a bigger capacity.
