Try to make sure that you have enough resources for your sims, such as enough money to support the minimum number of medics needed to your or teachers in schools. Also do you have atleast one High School and College on your city? I cannot see from this two screenshots of yours, as well you might need a library if you don't have one. All this makes them search for other option, atleast it works for me. Also high crime rate influences their mood to go to certain zones. But you seem to have a good police coverage. Remember that you might need to zone some more High Density Comercial Zones. If your objectiveis to make some little high builings you need some good industry and a little of High-Tech Industry to those buildings start to show up. Also check their travel time to work, if its to high they start to give up from going to work. And i can see you dont have any kind of public transport from those 2 pictures of yours. You might want to add some like Bus Station. Cheap and makes sims happy all the time, your city will improve much more with a good public transport, also keep in mind to place regularly parks so sims can socialize, they need that too so much, they are very shy you see, they need special places to meet and to talk xD. About the Bus Stations, heres a tip, you have 3 kind of box's made by road, thats 3 blocks, now try to make this technique, in the first block you make a bus stations wherever you want, inside of the block, then in the next one you dont insert no bus station, but in the next one you insert another, so it will be like, "Yes-No-Yes" thing. after a while, if you have a little extra money you can make a subway network wich help a lot the traffic in the streets. Of course with all this you might think its very expensive and you will ran out of money, but you won't, you just need to keep an eye on your money and build carefully, always gaining more than you spend monthly. Hope you did understand what i said here as well i hope that i helped you. Sorry for my bad english. I wish you the best of luck for you and your city.

This is a pretty common problem. Your residential first becomes R§§§, then gets a no job zot due to long commute trip...rich sims need a job close to their homes, which means keep their commute time to reasonable levels

If you have some space left... offer jobs for R§§§ - place civics and commercial buildings that provide such jobs near them. Result is almost instant, but it requires more micromanagement

Alternatively you could try to redraw / improve your network. Either build larger road networks and/or improve mass transit to provide enough relief to road traffic network which will help wealthy sims get faster to their jobs. You need to let the simulator run a while to see the changes.

This is not true of any version of the traffic simulator. The commute time allowed for all Sims is always the same. Nor is there any version of the traffic simulator where rich Sims are any more or less likely to complete their commute than any other Sims.

Thanks for clearing that point z, it was just based on my personal observation

Then I assume the reason they lose their job is because they need §§§ jobs and there's none available... Anyway the solution is the same, create more jobs :D

Mustn't lose sight of the maxim: "The higher the fewer." $$$ Sims are supposed to be few and far between. If a $$$ mansion abandons it is either too far from existing $$$ jobs, or there aren't any unoccupied. Best to rezone that lot into something more useful.

Genius accelerator is the problem once i turned it off my buildings stopped abandoning. Im not sure why this is happening. And my commute time is very low so i don't think that's the problem. & i tried placing transit and highways and still did not resolved the problem/.

^ That's a no-no. If some one answers your thread fine. If not, no one has an answer, and so it dies. This is not a paid support operation.
