Problem with sim city 4 highway rush hour.

    Hello to all. I came to this part of the forum. Because I encounter a problem with the ground highways and motorways raise. Since the installation, many ADD-ONS. And in particular, the NAM. I no longer have, no ramps available. For highways on the ground. And that is, elevated highways. When a main road crosses below. And after the proposal to install a heat exchanger. I found myself with a heat exchanger 3 branches. Branches and not 4! After two dialogs! Of course! When the avenues, the exchanger always 4 branches! Or is the problem? Is the disappearance of a particular file? Who is the disturbance? Thank you in advance for any help! Cordially.
