Question on the 4ever Cities DVD's Vol. 2,3 & 4

    I am thinking about purchasing these DVD's but was there a Volume#1 and if so what was on it?

    There was a thread not so long ago about that topic, but I can't find the link

    iirc there was indeed a vol 01 but it was a CD and most of the content of it was available with DVD Vol 02
