Yet another "box" reared it's ugly head. Help!

    I have a BLS lot called "Derby Place" that appears to be missing the buildings. The read me mentions "Four different sized commercial office lots made at Colyn's request using his Derby BAT" but I cannot find Colyn's Derby bat, which I assume contain the buildings I am missing for the above mentioned lot. I have all the other dependencies listed in the read me.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    have you tried looking on the LEX if it is not here then its possibly there :P

    The building model-file is in CSX Mega Props vol 4 which is listed in the deps.. Check if it installed correctly maybe?
