Terrain too steep problem

I downloaded some buildings and other utilities here but when I try to plop some of them, it says that the terrain is too steep even at a newly made region in plains w/o any modification on terrain. One of the building I have that says like that is the Sorrington Terminus Station.

When the game says that the terrain is too steep, it usually is for that specific lot. Some lots need to be exact flat to be able to be plopped, such as the Sorrington as you mentioned. Just use the Mayor terraforming tools to flatten out the land a bit and it should solve the problem.

Ah! I got exactly same problem with sorrington station...even with full flat ground (road stubs to make this sure) the station wouldn't build. I delete it but Silur has intersting idea here...try to change value with lot editor

Cheers

    Hahaha, Thanks guys!!!

I have a newly made region (unterrained); that means it is at full flat plain but that terminal still says that the terrain is too steep but thanks to Silur, he gave me a great solution.
