How to prevent entropy ?

My tall Buildings are suffering entropy. and that isn't good. Can anyone tell me how to prevent entropy?

If you mean that they're becoming dilapidated, it's because you don't have enough demand for buildings that large at those wealth levels, so lower wealth residents/businesses are moving in. This makes the buildings look, well, dirty.

It is not so much demand as undereducated population. If you have these buildings it is incumbent on the mayor to make sure you really need them.
