Renaming a downloaded building

Hi. First of all id like to start by saying good work to all those who make the downloadable items found here on the STEX. Also though i am wondering if there is anyway to make it so i can rename buildings that i download once i get them in the game. For example if i download a Waffle House from STEX but in my city i want to call it a breakfast house in the query is there anyway to do that? I have tried to do it before, i can open the query, erase the name of the building and re name the building however once i leave that city or the game and come back later they are all renamed as what they were before. another example, i have downloaded an elementary school that in the query is named somthing like abq__School Medium and if i rename it to a normal name and save the game and leave the city or game and come back later its back to the abq name instead of a normal name.

sooo TLDR, Is there a way to change the names of items downloaded on the query without them changing back? Or what am i doing wrong if im missing a step or somthing.
