Buildings are Boxes

Hello everybody. I'm from Portugal and i started to play SC4RH recently. I have downloaded a Lot - Landmark (Electronic RoadSide Sign fixed) but when i tried to use it on the game it dont appears, what is showend is a box with the Simcity.com label!!!
Please help and sorry about the english.

Hi,

and welcome to simtropolis

now you are probably missing an deppendency go back to the place you downloaded it and check in the description if there are any dependency's.

 

It also could be that you forgot to install the model (therefore a box) make sure you have everything installed that's nessecary for this building.

Many files downloaded from the Simtropolis Exchange are dependant on other files to run.  These dependencies must also be installed on the computer for it to work.  Go back to the window you originally downloaded the lot from and check for dependencies.

Dependancies can be a serious proplem with the STEX. I would try to download as many dependancies as you can from it so you do not run into this proplem.

I did a search like everyone says to do an believe it or not I found my answer to this box problem.  I guess doing a bit of reseach would be better next time.
