I followed a texture creating tutorial in SC4Devotion forum, as I want to turn a texture in mod "RTV tar sealed street" into usable texture for LotEditor.

Inside the mod folder the author included the BMP and alpha channel file too, so I don't need to manually export from the mod file.

I use SC4Tool and created the texture, saved it. Open with iLiveReader and it seems to be reading fine.

Though while in creation process, I try to give it an IID but whatever I entered (following the naming scheme in the tutorial) it says invalid so I just click the "Next Free IID" button.

Now I go to LotEditor, I can't find that texture... ... Why? :???:

Thanks, will do; although I didn't plan to publicize those pieces, were just a little visual fixes.

As for the texture... I change to "Standard Texture" and it worked perfectly........................ :ninja:

Well, it actually has nothing to do with wether you pulish them or not.. It's just that you might up using an IID that is already used by something else. This may cause crashes or just weird glitches..

Best example of this is explained in this post by zahrul3 in respons to -JD-'s pics
