Ilive's Reader and Tropod's Property.xml

G'Day Simtropians,

Whilst farting around with Ilive's reader and Tropod's Property.xml I discovered that this file would not open in a browser. Further investigation revealed that the error lay in the first line.

<exemplars>

<properties>

<group name="General Properties">

<property num="0x00000000" name="MiscType1" desc="Function, values, & DataType: varies from Exemplar file to Exemplar file"></property>

Specifically the ampersand and should read:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>

<exemplars>

<properties>

<group name="General Properties">

<property num="0x00000000" name="MiscType1" desc="Function, values, &amp; DataType: varies from Exemplar file to Exemplar file"></property>

This problem may have already been discovered and a fix already done. However I have included it as an attachment for those who wish to use it, It is the original properties.xml that installs with reader version 0.9.3
