    since im a newbie for modding sc 4, there are so many problem.

    here is the one of my problem.guess you guys can solve this.

    You are probably missing the appropiate s3d file for it.

    The main problem is that the lot doesn't know what building model file to show.

    If that lot is from your own creation, you might want to retrace your actions.

    Did you delete any plugins?

    Did you modify anything related to the lot exemplar?

    If you downloaded the file, did you read the readme file attached to it?

    Were there any dependencies required for the file?

    Missing dependencies are one of the major cause for brown boxes.

    Actually it might be that you are missing the two files BldgProps_Vol1 and _Vol2 which can be found with the BAT download page (I think I remember that's where they are).
