I want download lhd update but can't download it on SC4D. I cannot see download link/attachment.

All LHD updates have been included in the NAM 30.1 Hotfix Package.

but the traffic signals is on the right. Not left like Real Life Left hand Drive roads.

Oh, the one by Ebina? Ebina stopped working on it for a multitude or reasons and it's incompatible with many mods that have come about in Ebina's Absence and it has not been updated.

The attachment was probably lost in the SMF update a few months ago.
