    Hi all

    Few years back when I was playing Sim City 4 I had a program which could edit the parameters of all the buildings. With it I could edit the radius so it would cover an entire huge tile.

    I'm looking for the name of this program, thanks!

    Ps: I'm aware of a mod called radiusdoubler, but doubling it still isn't realistic in my eyes.
