What is the problem you are having? Can you describe it please?

If it is those yellow arrows, then that is normal. Those are there to show you that there is a neighbour connection there.

Look like normal neighbor connections to me.

So they aren't building at all? Is this in every city or just this one?

There are a lot of reasons why this might be happening. I'm not exactly sure if the update process is the same on a Mac as it is on a PC, but you should ensure your game is fully updated.

You might get better answers in the MAC forum.

No, there is no Maxis blocker (at least not any that I know of) on that list. Does the Mac version have two plugins folders (in Windows, there is one in "my Documents" and one in the game program folder itself). What speed do you have the game set to? How long do you allow it to run? Does the rest of the game lag (eg slow to load the city, slow to click on things, etc)?

Oh and it just dawned on me to ask... Are you running the actual Mac version of the game or are you using bootcamp or Parallels/VMWare to run the Windows version?

^The RCI Blocker could be located in a sub-folder. I'm thinking it might be in the "BSC" folder. I believe it was a BSC member that made the RCI blocker mods.

It is in every city the game is no problem because I delete the plugins folder and now it works T_T/I don't have any update installed

The Windows this one installed in the Bootcamp ;)

Perhaps you accidentally installed a Maxis RCI blocker? I don't think I see one in your plugins folder, but maybe it is in one of the subfolders...

I do not believe that it me finds it installed

Do not speed/do not understand the question/No lag in the game/Windows Version in Bootcamp

I was referring to game speed (Turtle, Cheetah, etc) set by that little green play button in the corner.

@Jack: I didn't think BSC made it. *shrugs* I would check the BSC folder to be safe.

You need to determine if you need updates and which ones. Find your SimCity 4.exe file and get its version number (must be a way to do that on a MAC). If it is not at least 1,1,638 you are missing a massive bug fix. Follow the link given by Jacksunny.

Edit: It works all thank you very much ;D
