Hey guys, I've searched your vast forum about that problem (I believe it occurred many times) but I couldn't find it, hopefully you'll forgive me.

Anyway as topic says I don't get enough customers even thou I try everything. I've read that customer's amount depends upon traffic, however you can see the situation on picture in attachment - traffic is very high but lvl of customers remains low...

I tried to modify NAM, but file seems not to save (unlike it says) because as I start the software values are unchanged... Any help here?

Question: How much population do you have region-wide? Because 49,723 isn't exactly a high number considering the amount of commercial in this pic..

The reason that part of the road has so much traffic is probably because it is the main connector to an adjacent city, the rest of your roads are not much used..

Remember that 'traffic volume data' only shows how much part of a road is being used, not how much people that stops by a specific store

So how does 'customer distribution' works? Cuz I heard it's only depending upon traffic in adjacent tile, and it's same as with noise level for residential zones. Anyway my region has now over 140k people. Anyway I haven't found yet commercial building having more than low level of customers, it worries me...

Obviously the traffic isn't high enough. I've found that commercial doesn't respond positively to traffic until you have close to 1000 cars on a road. I wouldn't worry about it anyway unless it starts to impact growth.

You may find also that it depends on how rich the commuters are (R$, R$$, R$$$).
