Is there anyway, or some sort of mod.. That can completely turn off Industry demand? I want my city to be Commercial and Residential.. Maybe even my whole Region >.<!!

I've never tried this, but I'm assuming you don't like the pollution from industry, so maybe, you could zone for agriculture, instead of medium or high density industry. When your city starts developing later in the game, you may have high-tech industry demand. So, raise the taxes for dirty and manufacturing industry, and zone for industry. High-tech industry does not pollute. Make sure you have neighbor connections by your high tech industry and also have a port or airport near it too.

The simple answer to all this is set the taxes for each industrial type to 20% when you start the game. End of industrial demand.

I wish this worked, I saw that in a prev. thread... Industry's demand is HUGE and it won't go down.

The industry demand should not be anywhere above 0 when the taxes are set at 20. Do you have some sort of demand mod? To ease the demand you can also zone industry in neighbouring cities.
