freezing when zooming in?

Hello I have only just installed smi city 4 deluxe on my new computer and whenever i scroll in is just freezes the whole computer.

This is my system:Intel Core i5 2500K Processor 3.30 GHz

Asus P8H61-M LE/USB3 Basic Micro ATX Motherboard

8GB PC3-10666 1333MHz DDR3 Memory

Chillblast NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 1024MB Graphics Card

1000GB 7200RPM Hard Disk

I have downloaded a 83 plugins

Well, I am assuming you have version 1,1,640 or 1,1,641 (downloaded digital version) or your plugins wouldn't work.

You seem to have a case of scroll button overload. If you use the mouse wheel, you will overflow the input queue if you move too fast. This will cause either a hang or a CTD.

Either zoom one step (click) at a time (not exceeding five) or use the numeric keys. 1 is all the way out, 6 is all the way in. 6 is a special for UDI, and only the first five zooms are rendered. 6 will probably rasterize on you.
