where is the patch?

    I am trying to run Rush Hour on a computer that does not hook up to the Internet. i have another one that I downloaded the Maxis patches on. How do I get the patches to the computer I'm playing SC4rh on? How do I recognize it so I can copy it to a memory stick? Thanks!
