I need a minimize macro or trick

I know, wrong catagory. I'll do better next time.

Here is my question. I need to be able to minimize or at least reduce the size of SimCity 4 as it appears filling the entire screen. Is there a macro availabe? Or one that I can creat to make this happen? I could not find this kind of help in the game itself.

To minimise SC4 from full-screen mode and return to your desktop, just hit the windows key.
