Creating a new city journal?

I already have one CJ, but I want to create a completely new one. The problem is I haven't figured out how to do so. When I click "New Entry" it tells me I will add an entry to the already existing CJ. What do I do?

CJ section: From the drop-down menu that is under your name (top right of the screen) click on My City Journals. In the lower part on the left is a 2-step CJ creation section.

CJ forum: Click on start new topic.
