LOGO HELP!

Hi, I am thinking of bidding for the 19th ISC Session and I need help with making a logo for my bid. So I have some information on how I would like my logo to be like.

Just to let you know I want the background to be like these towers about 5 of them. A pic has been added below: (I want it to look like water because the city has many areas of water)

And then also if you could make it glow a bit with the olympic colors with the name of the city hosting the ISC Session wich is 'Hostane'.

Please if someone could help me make it... I'm no expert at making logos... The deadline is before the 26 December if that isn't a problem. I hope you can do it :ohyes: :ohyes: :ohyes:

Althought I am not willing to make it for you I do recommend using Microsoft Office Publisher for creating logos. It's easy to use and I believe that is what most use for their bids, try it out, it doesn't take to long to learn and it can produce great results with little effort.

Thats Ok I know the buildings are awesome! I think they're called the Dubai Towers... As usual its in Dubai
