    Wondering if someone will give me a detailed description on how to use PEG and other mods, I always seem to get a program is not installed correctly, your help would be very much appreciated!!!

    Is this a windows generated message by any chance? That is just windows being over-protective :P

    Something like this:

    EDIT: sorry for norwegian language in the pic

    You can easily ignore them if you get a message from the installer that everything is successfully installed, like this:
