@Urielgarcia; Thanks, I can not find the actual link to it, but the details for it say "46 - W122street" I assume someone could link you if they know what the stex link is. Sorry.

@Dchotzen-Hartzell19; Oh whoops, i actually did not see them at first.

It's been over a month since i've updated this CJ, sorry guys, i've just been busy with some music stuff, anyway.

Since last time, moorwich has has a surge in population in the west, with a new airport under way (Will show that next update), a new tram line being build & a proposal to upgrade the central station of Moorwich.

The new Estate in the west called "Providence" faces a national park that controversially also has a stretch of southern boulevard go through (allowing residents to travel the national park.

With time, providence became more appealing to the rich for the location and views.

another reason it was very appealing is the close proximity to Moorwich Western Waterfront CBD & Moorwich CBD

along with the substantial growth of around 40k+ (with an additional 50,000 jobs created from the Western Waterfront CBD) came the United Nations Building.

Along with these new growth patterns, the strong urban sprawl is also a worrying sight, as the city needs to conserve space for nature & other important things,

The city of moorwich is currently proposing to build a new Centralized Skyscraper area, to allow a boost of residents to live in the CBD while still maintaining less space taken up.

If you find that this plan won't work, please leave a comment on how you think Moorwich should handle the situation.

    Thanks for reading!

Very nice region so far. It looks like you've got a great mass transit system and skyline going on!

One thing I might suggest is to make your suburbs a bit less griddy. Suburbs (at least in my area) usually have a sort of "super grid" going on where there is a discernible grid pattern on the main roads, but within the boxes of each grid-square there are small streets which loop around each other or end in cul-de-sacs. Still, your suburbs look pretty good as they are currently, and San Francisco runs its streets completely straight and griddy, disregarding hills and other natural features :P .

I was wondering which slope mod are you using? It seems like you can get very steep inclines on streets, but are still able to get more gradual slopes on avenues.
