    My 'C' drive is only a 20gb drive(with only 5gb free), thus I installed SC4 Deluxe on my 'E' drive. (300gb)

I have changed the registry pointers from 'C' to 'E' , but still am getting files placed in 'My Documents' on the 'C' drive

when installing new stuff. I end up copying the new files from 'C' to 'E', to get them in the plug-in's folder.

The Program runs, but some of the dependencies don't show up, well, at least some of the plops don't work.

Soooo, am I going to have to replace the 'C' drive with a larger one and reinstall everything?

OR, is there a way to direct an installer to install in the wanted folder?

    Sure will appreciate any help.

    Chris

Someone may correct me on this, but I know you can add an option to your target command line in your short cut that sends the game to the user space of your choice. I am just not 100% on the syntax.

The command line for SC4 usually just consists of the pathname for the game in quotes (because it has spaces in it) but you can add a few more words to that. Each option is a word so it must have a space in front of it, and no spaces in it. You should probably put your registry back the way it was. If you have installed the game someplace other than the standard, just add that path to your system PATH variable.

    Try this:

    "game path" -UserDir:<your path>

If you want to get rid of the EA advertisement when the game starts you can definitely add:

    -intro:off

Note that each new option word starts with a hyphen after the word space.

EDIT. Actually, my memory is hitting on all cylinders. The option above is correct.
