I want to install some maps but neither Mapper, nor Terraformer, appear to work on win7 64 bit?

    What to do?

Well, there's the old fashioned method that has SC4 render the region in game which I can never quite remember...

That said, there's no reason for Terraformer not to work - it works on my 64 bit windows 7 system. What exactly is the problem you get with it?

Thanks, all is good now I think...

I actually didn't try terraformer because the link was broken, and someone commented that it doesn't work on win7 64bit anyway, but I just tried it again and it worked this time. Tried all day yesterday and couldn't get it to download. Sorry should have tried it before posting lol. As long as it does work of course, haven't tried it yet, but I'm confident...

I finally got Terraformer to download and it works.

How do you navigate the in-game ctr-alt-shift+r thing, it seems to only show drives, but nothing opens to navigate folders?

If you have a gray-scale map with a config.bmp then the in-game renderer is invoked by CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+R when you get a dialog box. To navigate to specific drives, click the down arrow next to the box showing the drives, choose your drive, then double click the drive in the dialog window and keep on until you reach the appropriate .jpg image (gray-scale map).

This is pretty standard windows procedure. If you have problems with this, you should seek local help for instruction on basic procedures other than clicking on a shortcut.
