Only Large City Tiles

    hey is there a way to create a region with only large city tiles?

    Also, make sure the length and width of the pixels in the blue config is divisible by 4 ;)

    True and make sure the blue is at full saturation. RGB(n,m,255). It doesn't matter what the other colors are as long as n and m are less than 255. This allows you to see the pattern in config.bmp if you wish, otherwise use RGB(0,0,255).
