just thought i would share this with the folk at simtrop :D

a great clip showcasing some of the best time-lapse footage going.. the guy has a talent of making huge cities look like miniatures..and well they look like sc4 cities.. honest to god.. its quite amazing :drool:

music is spot on too.. take a look, it could inspire your next city.. they do for me

Wow what an amazing vid.

That guy has got a serious talent.

I definately think that could be very inspirational on many levels.

And yes, love the music. I've never heard of them before so I'm off to look up some more of their stuff.

    yup the music is awesome.. a very underrated band, sadly no more.. pm me if you have trouble finding their stuff ;)

    Hi Kanedo, I know we're going off topic here, but just wanted to thank you for introducing me to Cerberus Shoal.

    I've managed to get hold of the album "And Farewell To Hightide" from which that track was taken, and i think it's absolutely wonderful.

    I've no idea how they managed to pass me by, perhaps they never really made it over here to the UK like similar bands Grandaddy and more recently Fleet Foxes.

    I also had a look on iTunes and found 2 more of their albums. I had a brief listen, but they didn't grab me as instantly, perhaps they took a bit of a change of direction musically, I'll give it another go though.

    Anyway, thanks again for pointing me towards a superb album that's gone straight onto my ipod.

    Np Dazza.. glad you found some inspiration ;) being an experimental band with rotating members their style would change at any given moment, currently members of CS are in Fire on Fire and Big Blood. we are way of topic now. sorry Simtrop dudes.. :D
