Cities Xl wont install correctly

Well i downloaded cities xl 2011 (The one that supports simtropolis, of course) and i spent the night waiting for it to complete download. After 80% of the download completed, i had to go to bed (It was around 12), so i simply pressed the pause button, and closed my laptop, hoping to continue in the morning. Heres where my problem comes in, My laptop was being stubborn and would Not shut off. I had closed it, and the fan had remained running, and the screen was blue. At that time i knew that the laptop woulld run all night, and i was forced to shut it off completley. Now today, when i opened the downloaded, cities xl was no longer in the list to be installed. When i tried double clicking on cities xl in my documents i got this pop up: Runtime error (at 1:41) This source file is corrupt. I belive this may have something to do with it not installing correctly, but how would i resume installing, or reinstall, without buying the game again?
