CJ Homepage Preview

    I just started a new CJ, "LaGuaga, CT" and it made me think of this question. How are the CJ's that are shown on the homepage selected. Do mods looks at CJs and say "hey this one looks good, I'm going to put it on the homepage," or is it random like how the STEX preview used to be on ST6?
