Population Stuck at 1,78 Million

Hi guys, after playing a while i seems to reach a population of 1,78 million.. when i reach around 1,87 Million it seems that my demand always hit negatives for all types.. Any advice? has anyone experienced the same problem? I've tried bulldozing and rezoning abandoned building... but when i hit 1,7 mill the demand always hit negatives for all types.. I can grow more using CAM, but i don' wanna use any demand mod.

I am using NAM as my mods and few buildings, other than that it's unchanged.

Check your population by age graph. I think you are experiencing cyclic die-out of your Sims. They only live about 80 Sim years. Check your life expectancy.

If the age graph is skewed to the right, you need more young Sims, which means you'll have to attract them. Low rent tenements and such, schools, parks, etc.
