Slope Mod Help D:

idk where this would go, but im posting it here O_O

okay, i have the SCRT slope mod installed with an individual dat file, and in-game it keeps giving me the red 'unsuitable grade to build'.... and the readme which explains what each one is used for, and what it does is all 'removed photobucket file lsknkdjfngks' kinda thing, so can someone please explain to me what each one does and which one i should use for my region, https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/files/file/22306-west-macedonia-lakes/

Did you not extract the images in the zip file you downloaded? I had the "no images" problem in a readme file too but then i unzipped the images and the readme worked fine.
