Want to build suburbs but don't have the buildings

Oh heck yes, just wait I'm going to post all of the ones I use that are good.

1. Go to Sc4Devotion, if you haven't signed up, then do it. Go to the LEX and go to power search.

2. Go to Simgoober and on page to you need to get simgoober Residentials Vol03 & simgoober Residentials Vol01

3. Now go back to power search and go to Mattb325. You will find lots of nice houses if you search through. I recommend NAM with these houses and plop lots of jobs nearby. They will travel far, so you just have to worry about enough jobs. These houses are good to use for realistic building.

Don't forget about Cycledogg/C.P.'s houses on SC4Devotion Exchange(LEX). Those are my personal favs @ the moment

Thank you so much guys I really appreciate it.Its been killing me i have this nice Downtown with all my highrises and then i have my mid rise buildings but all my suburbs are ruined by maxis buildings =(

Well no need to worry, just rezone slowly in 2X2. My advice for a more realistic style is to build Mattb325 towards downtown and on the outskirts, include more Simgoober houses, preferably the Colonial and other big 2X2 house. Maybe use Buggi Cheats to plop some if you want, if not, just wait for it to grow.

Well if you want condos. same with four. You will find nice Southern style homes in Volume 1 and 3 only.

I can't seem to find these in LEX i don't see his name under powersearch andi tried doing the google search and nothing pops up

Well, on google type in bsc exchange with instant on and make sure you forget the e. Then do not press enter and go into BSC Lot Exchange ... Quality SC4 Custom Game objects . Sign in and go to power search. Now go down to the creater/ designer and search down to SimGoober near the S's and you need to go to the second page and there are the two volumes you need that I said in green. Then go to creator/ designer again and go down to Mattb325 and search through the pages and download most houses. On the first page you should get the orange roof houses. f you mean the CP, you will see c.p. and do not scroll down just press on it.
