    Does anyone know a plopable or a mod related with the following request?

    I would like to create a local (1x1 or 2x2) garbage center. I would like to simulate wealthy people area with clean street, and low income (and low city council investiment) area.

    If it doens't exist yet, please give me advise on how to make a mod with a Garbage localized system.
