Riot mod wont work!

Do anyone knows how to make that mod working? https://www.simtropolis.com/forum­/files/file/13318-lots-of-riots­-mod/ I cant see any riots after installing it...I created a part of the city where there is no hospitals, police, schools parks etc. but its not working!

Is your Mayor rating less than 50?

it forces you to keep your mayor rating significantly above +50 if you want to prevent riots.

If sims in parts of your city drop their rating of you below +50, watch out!

If you have a low Mayor rating... then I am not sure why it is not working... hopefully someone else can help.

My rating is above 50. I dont know how to minimise it...

Heavy pollution and less security/health in your city will cause it to drop

Also set fire to parts of your city. If you start the fires, your mayor rating will plummet.
