coal mining

i have noticed that exchanges in the simcity society havnt got many projects involving the industry of coal mining. i know there is many projects about old style or wild west coal mines but the only modern style mining i found were the 2 bistagne mines which are very good. i was wondering if anyone ever made any larger coal mining projects, they would really help as im sure many people playing the game would like to have modern coal mining in their cities. heres some pictures of what i have in mind:
