Problem with residentials

Hey guys !! i have a big problem ,my residential lots don't grow up no matter how hard i try ,education and healt and scurite are all good ,i have parks all arround the city i have cut down the taxes down to 5% and still nothing,and on top of that the "RCI" shows a huge demande of residentials ,help me guys please i leave you with some pictures :

It might just need more time to develop. Other than that it should automatically develop as you seem to have adequate utilities.

    I thought so too,that why i waited for long time ,but nothing grows :( !!

    This may sound crazy, but use God Mode and plant trees over the undeveloped zones. You can use Mayor Mode trees as well. Then hit the fast speed, and you should see these zones develop. It's a little trick that I use after zoning larger neighborhoods. Not all of the zones develop at the same rate, but after applying the trees, the zones often develop.

    If you don't know how to open the God toolbar again, try hiting ctrl + shift, then while the buttons down, open the god mode box. The toolbar should have opened but will require the same method to open them again.

    Perhaps there is a desirability issue.

    That would definitely be the case. The trees increase the desirability, and then the residentials grow.
