Bug or feature?

After just starting to play SC4 again after a few years I’ve noticed that if you demolish reward buildings, if you don’t still meet there requirements at the time of demolition they won’t be re-plopable even if you again meet the criteria. Hope I have made this understandable so is this a bug or a feature?

So you demolished a reward building and then re-met the criteria, sounds like you should be able to re-plop the building again.

Yep assuming I understand the requirements properly it must be some kind of intended feature annoying for total redevelopment of a city.

I don’t know the rules on double posting here but if someone can point me to the rules that would be great, basically I’ve done a little experiment and worked out if you create a city ready for development play until you get the house of worship plop it, then exit the game without saving so the city is back in its pre development state whatever you do it just won’t give you the house of worship again.

There are some peculiarities about the "rewards". If it doesn't work properly use the "you don't deserve it" entry and just replop it. It can hardly be considered cheating, since you already earned it.

Then save and close the game. That option is not a toggle, but I think a restart will return the rewards to the proper state.
