    hi

I wondered, is it possible to mod/reprogram freight from industrial (which currently finds the quickest route to the edge of the city)to deliver freight to commercial?

also make the freight (which at the moment disappears on the edge of the city) travel into the next city?

can any other class network be added ie freight is light blue and car is green, i was thinking it would be good to mod the game to add in oil as black. starting and oil wells and being delivered and special freight as black to fourcourts/petrol stations and to the oil powered station?

    thank you

Both are, unfortunately, impossible, according to everything the modding community has learned. From what I know, there were originally plans to have the freight trips have a "destination", but unfortunately, that functionality was never finished, and everything on that side of things is in the executable, meaning we can't modify it.

Your wording is a little unclear, but from what I can tell, you're asking if a new type of transport (oil freight) is possible. (Type of transport is different than "network", which refers to the actual roadway/railroad that the transport type travels on.) Unfortunately, we're also unable to add additional transit types, and even if we could, we'd be confined to the lack of ability to enable freight deliveries here.
