    Hello,

I bought SC4 a couple of years ago, but never really got into it until a couple of weeks ago, so I am new to the game itself. :P

Anyway, I know how to download and add custom content to my plugins folder, and it all works fine. I have all of the necessary programs (Gmax, BAT, Plug-In Manager, Lot Editor) for making my own content, but here is my delimma:

I'm not really into Modeling, all I want to do is modify already-created content with the Plug-in Manager and Lot Editor. I have searched for several hours the past couple of days for some tutorials on how to do that, but I haven't found anything. Everything is either about modeling in the B.A.T. or just downloading content. I don't want to do either of those.

    To sum up:

    1. How do I add model files to the Plug-In Manager (NOT create new ones, just previously-made models) so I can create my own descriptor files for lots with their own properties?

All I want to do is create custom power plants, rewards, parks, etc. with new descriptor properties, not new models.

    2. Are there any good tutorials on this?

I hope you understand my question. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Nevermind, figured it out. Took me about several hours of searching to find a single line the SimWiki page that says a model file must be in the Plugins Folder, NOT a subfolder, to be seen in the PIM. This simple requirement is not explained ANYWHERE. lol.
