New NAM Site

Andreas Roth is right. All that matters is that STNAM has the downloads and info for new people or people having trouble with the NAM. But stuff like forums are great, but not vital, and so if your RL is taking up all the time, then it doesn't matter. Trust me, even managing my CJ get taken up by real life far too often!

Good luck with the site, it was a very nicely designed site when it was up.

OK! Almost done with the new site. It follows pretty much the same look and feel of the old one, but with some cosmetic and internal differences. So, it should open very shortly!!!!

So... exactly what happened to the original STNAM? Did it go down or something? I got some directories with _private and images folders.

Well, RL kicked in, then my host accidentally deleted all the files on the server and the backups, mis-communication, and tehn I got caught upin RL so i couldnt get the site back up. But, now I have a some free time around the holidays, so it will be back up by the end of the week.

OK, now we have a couple of tutorials up so you can see how they will look as more go online later. they are streamlined, so everyone you look at will follow the same design for ease of use. and also, the users have the option to submit their own guides via the User Submitted Guides forum. YEAH!! Im so glad i re-opened this site!!! To think i was so close to not....

Ok! A change is coming! We are migrating back, close as possible, to the way the old site looked, but with the current ease of use of the current site. Thanks vester. I was wondering about that. Pretty common practice. I didn't notice any mention of that when I registered but that doesn't mean it wasn't there. lol
