How to build BRT in Sim City 4

Hello, I'm from Brazil, Sao Paulo, and was wondering if there is a bat or mod that allowsto brt's (express bus lanes) and what is it?

if no, Cities Xl has this kind of transport?

Well, searching in the STEX you could find mods that replace the normal buses with BRT's. But othe than that I don't think something like that exists on Sim City 4.

There are some lots that block everything except buses from using your roads.

This one is for roads and one-way roads.
