Flooding

    Is there anything that allows you to flood your cities???

    If you want on purpose flooding, there's a custom addition to the god mode terraform menu that allows you to fill depressions in the terrain with water, allowing you to build land bridges. Well, if you do this on say, a flat land with a city on it, water will be place there, effectively "flooding" the city, without actually destroying it. I remember once, i accidentally flooded an entire valley that once just had a small creek running through. lol
