hi all, im new to Modding on SC4, i played it years ago and recently bought another copy of delux, and discovered the awesome MOD's for the game, so many things that i didnt like about the game now fixed, such as euro road textures and turning lanes, more motorway junction options and the like, however my hugest peeve it that while all my sims drive on the left and the road textures and such are all on the left, the road sings, stop lights and highway signs are all on the right as if im playing the US version of the game, is this fixable at all? any help would be great :D

You did install NAM with the correct settings? It has some options that make the game be left-hand or right-hand, but this must be done when the NAM is installed. The NAM doesn't have a switch to change it. But I may as well suggest to wait for the new NAM before uninstalling it to have the new additions.

Hope for new NAM and wish you luck!

mt game has always been the left hand drive and even before i installed any mods, stoplights and road signs and highway signs were all on wrong side of the road to which my sims were driving, when i did install the NAM and such the turning lanes and other bits were all left hand drive like i wanted but the road props all still on wrong side of the road, for normal road to road intersections this isnt really noticable, but on avenue intersections its very noticable and to be honest really annoying as im tryin to make my city as a british city and it does ruin the whole look of the game for me, has anyone else in the UK experienced this problem?

It is fixable, but it's going to require time. The reason the props are on the wrong side is because there are no dedicated Type21 exemplars or props in place for LHD. ebina had started on a mod awhile back to fix that, but he's since completely retired from modding, so he won't be picking it up again.

I downloaded this new version 30 of nam mainly for the turning lanes but they are on the left side of the road while all traffic goes on the right side. is there a version of nam that fixes this or what can i do because i have major traffic congestion at avenue interections. thanks

That wouldn't be a problem with the NAM, but rather, with how you installed the NAM. If your game is set up for right-hand driving (RHD), you need to install the NAM Right Hand Plugin. If the turning lanes are on the left side, it sounds like you probably installed the Left Hand Plugin instead.

It'd require someone to make a Type21-Exemplar-based mod that flips the traffic signals on all intersections that have them. This would also likely require new props in many cases as well. You're probably not going to see anything like that for awhile until someone takes the initiative--I've got enough stuff on my plate right now, so I most likely won't be doing it.
