Cties XL 2011 Mod Question... PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi everyone,

I have a question.... Is there a mod for Cities XL 2011 that unlocks the blueprints, so they can be placed without needing resources? I have unlocker 4 (and it is great) but it does not let me place blueprints without having resources. If anyone knows a way to do this, please let me know.

Thanks a lot!!

P.S. I was wondering, is the Transamerica Pyramid included in CXL2011? I cannot find it. Thanks!

I think the only unlocker mod so far in CXL 2011 is the Unlocker V4. If there is another one, I'd like to see it as well.

As for the pyramid.....I am not sure where it is or where you can find it.

    Ok, so there is no way to place blueprints without having resources (like in CXL09)?

    Theoretically there can be ways to make landmark copies of blueprints. It has not been done because that would be cheating. The easiest way to have blueprints without producing or buying tokens would be to use the "Add 10 tokens" cheat or download the sandbox token producer. I would recommend that for nuclear power plants.

    Ocram's Razor: Though "more things shouldn't be used than are necessary," they're just too fun to pass up! Expect many verbose arguments from me. I will try to write abstracts before or short summaries after from now on.
