    Video footage shows Wheeler wandering hours before his death

    Apparently he was wandering around, without a coat, carrying a shoe, saying his briefcase had been stolen.  He declined offers of help and people let the matter drop.

    I would probably call 911 in that circumstance, figuring the guy needed medical help.  But that's easy for me to say; I wasn't there and I have the benefit of 20/20 hindsight.
