     Hi Everyone,

I have been playing Sim City 4 Rush Hour on the Intel Mac for a fair amount of time now. I've had mixed success with respect to it's bugginess, but this is something I have not been able to work out at all! When viewing traffic patterns on the roads, motorways, subways, whatever, the colours don't match what's shown on the key. Not at all! For example, the bus blue will show up a sort of very light pink. Not only that but sometimes the paths are almost invisible even with 2000 people using the same station!

I am on an Intel MacBook Pro with a recently reinstalled version of Mac OS X Tiger (was broken before the reinstall), using SC4 RH with the rev 1.1A stop-crashing patch and no plugins at all. I have tried reinstalling the .dat files in the Sim City 4 Data directory. This only happens on my Intel Mac, and does not happen on my toad-of-a-PowerMac G4. This did work properly at one time or another! Reference to the snaps attached and you'll see what I mean. It's horridly annoying and renders the feature practically useless. Thanks anyone who might help!

Mine does this. Everything is shifted two colours down though, so not a massive problem. Just remember that pink means bus instead of pedestrian or whatever

This is an issue with the Universal Binary version, as they forgot to adjust the color values to be read backwards on the Intel chips. The PowerPC chips read number like we do, but the Intel chips read them in the other way. The only solution is to not run with the UB Patch, but then the game is slower in the Intel chips.
