Disappearing buildings

    Lately I noticed buildings were disappearing randomly. All there would be left are empty grass lots surrounded by concrete, but the query still works.  So far the problem only affected commercial high-rises, including buildings that did not require dependencies and never had any problems for years until now. It also affected all of my cities that had commercial high-rises. It seems similar to the "Disappearing Prop Bug", but the city's file size is only 4,411 KB.
